1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the website (the "Website") operated by Source Engineering Services, LLC and/or its affiliates and branches ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "user", "visitor") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

2. Who we are & applicable jurisdiction

We are a company headquartered in the U.S. (Source Engineering Services, LLC) with operations including a branch in India (Source Engineering and Technology Services Private Limited) and a location/branch in the Netherlands. The Website is operated from India, but our operations also cover the Netherlands and international locations.

By using the Website you acknowledge we may be subject to laws in India, the U.S., and the Netherlands (and more broadly the European Union / European Economic Area ("EU/EEA") when applicable). The GDPR applies in the Netherlands and to any processing of personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA.

You also acknowledge that local laws may impose obligations beyond what is set out here; nothing in these Terms limits those obligations or your rights if stricter laws apply in your jurisdiction.
